A multi-cultural group of children are flying cow, moon, and sun balloons at the beach. It is a play on the poem, "Hey Diddle Diddle." The artists adds, "If kids can make cows fly, they can do anything!" The painting is created with acrylics on a gallery-wrapped canvas, and the image extends to all four sides.
