Return Policy
The Joan Hansen Art Gallery's goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a discrepancy with your order, please contact the Gallery immediately. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your order to the Gallery within 7 days of receipt of the order. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Please save the packaging, if it is still usable. The customer must pay return shipping charges, unless it was our shipping error.
Return Authorization Prior to returning the item, please send an email to the Gallery for authorization and shipping instructions. We suggest insuring the shipment to prevent loss.
Damaged Returns Art is very delicate. Please take every measure to make sure that the item is returned undamaged. If the art is damaged, money cannot be reimbursed.
